| | | | The picture below shows three larger views of this Old Painted Cast Iron Metal Lion Coin Savings Still Bank. The bank is not dated, and the year that it was made is unknown. It is not marked, and the manufacturer is also unknown. It is made of two halves of cast iron metal, and there is a flat head screw in the side that holds the halves together. The coin slot on the top of the head will accept up to a quarter coin or a modern day dollar coin. The bank is painted tan, light brown or gold. The still bank measures about 5'' x 3-7/8'' x 1-1/2''. It appears to be in very good to excellent condition with some light wear ro the paint as pictured. |
