The year it was made is unknown but it is believed to be from the 1940s or 1950s. There is no makers name but it was ''Made in Denmark''. When you are writing with this pencil the woman has a black dress on. When it is tipped the black dress disappears and she is in her underwear. The advertising reads as follows: TEXAS COAL & OIL CO.
