Old Marbleized Plastic Clothes Dresser Coin Saving Bank
Plastic   Clothes   Clothing   Bedroom   Dresser   Miniature   Furniture   Coin   Money   Saving   Bank   Novelty
The picture shows three views of this Old Marbleized Plastic Clothes Dresser Coin Saving Bank. The bank is not dated but it is old. It is believed to be from the 1940s. There is no coin slot for this bank. The way it operates is you pull the metal handle on the top drawer, put your coins in and close the drawer. When you open the drawer again, the money is gone. It has fallen inside. It is marked ''PRECISION MADE BY PARK SHERMAN SPRINGFIELD, ILL. U.S.A.'' on the original metal cover on the back. Except for the metal back it is made of a colorful marbleized brown plastic resembling a wood grain. It measures about 4'' x 4-5/8'' x 2-3/8''. It is in excellent condition as pictured. There are a couple tiny chips at the bottom, some scratches on the back, and two small screws on the back that are missing but easily replaced.
