It is by Thornton Burgess and very nicely and colorfully illustrated throughout by Harrison Cady. There are both color and black & white illustrations. The pages are unnumbered. It was published by The Platt & Munk Co., Inc.. The Artist Harrison Cady had done the artwork for many Cracker Jack advertising items as well as prizes that were in the boxes. The book measures 7'' x 8-1/4'' x 1/2''. It is in excellent condition. On the first page is a name and date in pencil. |
