| | | | The picture below shows a larger view of this Old Enameled Metal Duchess Royal Navy Brooch Jewelry Pin. This pin is not dated and the year that it was made is unknown. It is believed to be designed by a Carolee Friedlander. There is an oval on the back but it is not marked. The brooch looks like a British military medal. It is made of a gold colored metal with a shield crest in the center and a crown at the top. It is enameled in green around the shield and around the crown. On a strap or belt with a buckle it is marked as follows: DUCHESS ROYAL NAVY The pin measures 1-3/8'' x 2-1/4''. It appears to be in mint condition as pictured. |
