(8) of these have a red checker border and (2) have a blue checker border. These are not dated but are believed to be from the 1930s, 1940s, and 1950s. The three in the center row are on celluloid and all of the rest are printed on tin. They are not marked and the maker(s) are unknown. In the order pictured, they read as follows: STEPPING OUT BABE? The pinback buttons measure from 1-1/8'' to 1-3/8'' wide. These appear to range from only fair all the way to mint condition as pictured. The backs of all of these pins are blank. The backs of all of the tin ones are all silver in color and they are clean. The backs of the three celluloid pins are darker. |
