SWISS WARBLER BIRD CALL. This prize is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1950s or 1960s. The Cracker Jack ID number for this prize is Z-0550. The bird call is not pictured but it is a half round cloth object, with a tin section, and a cellophane type material as well. This is a well known novelty item and there were a few different print variations on the envelope of this prize. It has a bird illustrated on the envelope and written instructions on how to use it. It is also marked on the other side of the envelope as follows: “SWISS WARBLER BIRD CALL”
MADE IN TAIWAN The toy prize envelope measures about 2-15/16'' x 1-7/8''. The bird call appears to be in mint condition, but the envelope has some tears from opening as pictured. |
