| | | | The pictures below show several larger views of this Old Ornate Metal Jewelry or Trinket Box With Flowers. The outside, inside, and bottom are shown. The box is not dated but it is old. It is marked “JAPAN” on the bottom but the maker is unknown. The trinket box has a raised flower, leaf and scroll design. The hinged lid or cover is enameled or painted white. The inside is lined with a soft red cloth. The jewelry box measures about 3-3/4'' x 2-3/8'' x 1-15/16''. It appears to be in excellent condition. There a few flakes in the white paint as pictured that could be easily touched up. |
