Character Premium Prize Transfer Paper

The picture shows this Old Unused "Jughaid" Premium Iron On Transfer. I am not certain exactly how this transfer was distributed, but it resembles those that were used as Cracker Jack prizes of the 1930's. It may have been made by the same manufacturer. The picture shows the reverse image. The wording reads as follows:

The print is all in blue on what appears to be a thin tissue paper. There is a crease in the center. It measures 7" x 2-3/4".
