It was given to us by a circus and fair poster hanger guy that would come to town ahead of the shows to hang signs and posters at businesses. The colorful poster pictures people, and fair or amusement park rides including a Ferris Wheel, Carousel or Merry Go Round, Wipeout, and Sea Dragon. It is marked as follows: ROCHESTER FAIR
