The year that this ID tag was made is unknown but it is believed to be from the 1920s or 1930s. The imprinted celluloid tag is made of two sections that are rivited together. The inside panels were to be filled out, then closed and slid onto a key chain or key ring. It is marked as follows: BUICK SALES AND SERVICE
