| | | | The picture below shows a larger view of this Full Old Store Display with (12) Native American Indian & Cowboy Flute Whistles. These toy whistles are not dated but they are believed to be from the 1950s. On the display sign or card there are (3) Native American whistles and (9) Cowboy whistles. These are made of red, white, and blue hard plastic parts. The display would have hung on a general store or five and dime store wall. There is a string on the back for it to hang. The sign Pictures a Cowboy in a hat on the left and a Native American Indian in a headdress on the right. It is marked as follows: BE A MUSICAL

MADE IN U.S.A. All of these flute whistles for one price! To judge the sizes the whistles measure about 5-3/4'' long. They appear to be in mint unused condition as pictured. The card or sign looks to be in excellent or near mint condition. A new string will be needed to hold the whistles on the sign. |
