| | | | The picture shows a front and back view of this Unusual 1929 Souvenir Real Photo Postcard. We do not know where this post card is from, but it appears to be French. It has a couple standing behind a painted scene with their heads through holes. The scene is of a man in a military uniform and a woman breast feeding a baby. This was probably made at an old amusement park, boardwalk, arcade, or another popular old attraction. It had not been mailed but has a hand written message on the back that reads as follows: PUTTING THE MILKY WAY TO SHAME M NEW YEARS EVE 1929 - 1930! The post card measures 5-1/2" x 3-1/2". It is in good condition with the following: There is cracking on the photo surface that doesn’t appear in the scan below. The cracking goes from the top of the card down through the woman. Also there is a corner crease as pictured. |
