We have sold this same case before with different advertising on it before. They were used as an advertising premium by different companies.This one does not have any additional advertising on it. The case is made of red, yellow, and white hard plastic. It has a mounted pencil sharpener on one end. The top slides open and off if desired to use the ruler.
