The top pin section has a Native American Indian in a canoe. The canoe is marked ''D of P'' and below it on a banner is ''FFC''. There is a medallion hanging with a chain. The medallion has some ornate scrollwork and two crossed hatchets or tomahawks. On the back of the pin section it is marked ''1-20 R.P.''. The back of the medallion is engraved as follows: DELTA M.
