It requires no battery. The hemet and wheels are made of plastic and all the rest is tin. It has various designs and markings all over the car. The box is marked as follows:

To judge the size the box measures 4" x 2-1/8" x 2-1/8". The car is in mint condition and the box is very good with some creasing.
