The picture below shows a larger view of all (79) Old Western Native American Indian Gum Ball Machine Toy Prize Charms in this lot. This is an accumulated lot. There were many different Cowboy & Indian toys that were used as radio, cereal, and gumball machine prizes from the 1930s to the 1960s. There were many items that were also used and giveaways by Western shows, as rodeo souvenirs, circus souvenirs, carnival prizes, five and dime store toys, or more.

These particular plastic charms were used as toy prizes in 1950s and 1960s gumball machines. Often these charms were sewn on to hats. These are generic or non character specific charms. They have Native American Indians, headdresses, arrow heads or points, canoes, tomahawks or hatchets, teepees, and horse shoes. These charms are not marked and the makers are unknown. Two of these are made of painted celluloid and all of the others are all made of plastic and some are metal coated as well. All of these for one price! To judge the sizes the larger light blue Indian head in the center measures about 1-3/4'' tall. These appear to range from fair to mint condition. A few are missing their charm loop as pictured.
