The picture shows a front, back, and lid view of this Old Lowney's Cocoa 1/5 Pound Advertising Tin. The tin does have the lid. It has a printed paper label. The sides have chocolate candy advertising as well. The front and back are the same picturing a pretty young Victorian lady drinking the cocoa. It is not dated but believed to be from the early 1900's. It is marked on the front as follows:

Cocoa
Reg. U.S. Pat. Off. Fifth Pound Net Weight

The side is also marked:

Guaranteed By The Walter M. Lowney Co., Boston, Mass. Under The Food And Drugs Act June 30, 1906.

It measures 2-3/8" x 4" x 1-1/4". It is in good condition with some missing paper label and soiling.
