Cadaco   Treasure   Pirate   Game   Nostalgic   Toy
The picture shows a view of this ©1940 Cadaco Ellis Boxed Treasure Hunt Game. This is not a board game. It is played with cards, letters, and cardboard coins. They were not counted but there are many of each included. The instructions are on the bottom of the box cover. The box bottom has dividers for the game parts. The box top resembles a treasure chest and there are images of Pirates all around the sides. The game was made in the U.S.A. and was designed by Leslie Crandall. The measures 8-1/4'' x 5-1/4'' x 3''. It is in good condition with some over all wear. There is a spot with paper loss on the cover, probably from a price tag removed.
