The picture shows a view of this 1930 Ocean Avenue Hampton Beach New Hampshire Post Card. The scene is looking down the beach area with buildings, old automobiles, and people. Some signs can be seen. The post card is marked:

OCEAN AVENUE FROM THE ASHWORTH (Hotel)
HAMPTON BEACH, N.H.

There is a message in pencil and it was sent to a South Tamworth, New Hampshire address. It is postmarked from Exeter, N.H. 1930 and has a one cent Benjamin Franklin postage stamp. The postcard measures 5-1/2'' x 3-1/2''. It is in excellent used condition.
