The picture shows the front and back cover of this ©1916 Cracker Jack Premium / Prize Rip Van Winkle Booklet. This is one of the earliest prizes that was used by Cracker Jack. This one was a well loved and read book. The binding side was even hand sewn at some point in its life. The booklet is ©1916 and was published by John H. Eggers of New York. It is colorfully illustrated by Rhonda Chase. Counting the covers there are (16) pages. On the back it pictures an early version of Sailor Jack and Bingo and it is marked as follows:

CRACKER JACK
PROPER SWEET FOR CHILDREN
MANUFACTURED BY
RUECKHEIM BROS. & ECKSTEIN
CHICAGO AND BROOKLYN

It measures 2-1/4" x 2-3/4". It has obvious wear as can be pictured, but it is still in good condition.
