| | | | The picture shows this Old Gold Embossed Leather Cigarette Case. Shown is the front side of the case as well as a close up of the marking on the back side. The case is of smooth leather, nicely shaped and sewn. Stamped & embossed in gold in the band that holds the flap is: "Drown Sorrows In Smoke", also stamped and in gold on the other side is a leaf logo that reads "Arden Forest". It is also numbered "C506". There is a metal insert which is a spacer & stiffener. It measures 4-1/4" x 3-1/2". It is in mint condition. It is not dated but believed to be from the 1930's or earlier. |
