The copyrights are ©1906, 1909, 1951. The book is by Chester A Reed. There are over 300 full color illustrations of 222 species. The book is completely revised (in 1951) and printed from new color plates. It was published by Doubleday & Company, Inc. of Garden City, New York. This pocket sized book has (240) pages filled with illustrations and information about many different birds. The book measures 5-9/16'' x 3-5/8'' x 5/8''. The book appears to be in near mint condition and the box excellent only light wear from use.
