The picture shows this 1960's Gum Ball Machine Display Header Card With Prize Patches. These are the cards that went in the machine to entice children to spend their change or bug their parents for theirs. You could only hope to get the item that you saw displayed. This one has a black, silver, and white background and (4) mounted name cloth patches (TEDDY, CHAMP, HANK, JIMMY). It reads:

The card measures 5-1/2" x 7". It is in good condition with some creasing on the card.
