We are not sure what it is but is probably was used as an old keyring identification tag. It may have been for a locker, a cabinet, office, a hotel / motel key or something similar. The other side missed being photographed but there is only a number ''67'' on it. It is hand stamped and marked as follows: P. H. BUTTERFIELD
