The picture below shows a larger front and back view of this Old Cartoon or Comic Duck Character Playing Bass Drum Porcelain Figurine. This figurine is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1930s. It is most likely a knock off of Walt Disney's Donald Duck character. It was purchased with a small old collection of early long billed Donald Duck items. The duck character is standing, wearing a Sailor outfit with hat, and playing a bass drum. It is marked “JAPAN” on the bottom. The figure measures about 2-5/8'' tall. It appears to be in very good condition as pictured.
