It had made but it was never used. Normally this type of a plate is mounted on to a wooden block. It is not mounted. The reverse image is of a man or a boy comic or cartoon character with the NECCO logo as the body. To judge the size the character itself measures 2-1/2'' tall. It appears to be in near mint to mint condition as pictured. |
