Early Consolidated Doll Company (of Chicago) Letter
Doll   Advertising   Salesman   Paper   Ephemera   Toy
The picture shows this Early Consolidated Doll Company (of Chicago) Letter. (sorry for the bad scan) Inset is a closer view of the doll pictured in the upper left corner. The letter is to a prospective customer talking of the quality of their dolls & packaging and trying to convince him to accept trial samples of their dolls. The letter measures 8-1/2" x 11". It is in near mint condition with folds from mailing. The letter is not dated but it was purchased by me with 65 other 1910's letters from the estate of one salesman. They were all from the same time period.
