| | | | The picture shows a view of all (8) Old Tole Paintings in this lot. These are all painted on a velum page. White paper was placed behind them while scanning. There is more included in this lot that is not pictured. Also included is a tracing of each of these. On the tracing pages are full instructions and notes for each including paint colors, varnishes, etc.. There are a few more additional tracings as well. There are also old instruction pages on the areas of ''Preparation of Tin and Wood For Decoration'', ''Varnishing'', ''Color'', and ''Care of Brushes''. Although not dated this entire lot is believed to be from the mid 1950s. To judge the sizes the actual image area of the first one on the left measures 9-1/4'' x 3-3/4''. These are in mint condition. |
