This camera was sent to myself as part of a Verizon DSL Service and it has not even been out of the packaging. It was not used because Macintosh computers are used here and it does not work with a MAC, it is for Windows. Everything is included as it was made and boxed. The retail value is $49.95 for this camera. There is the camera with cord, the camera base, the software disk, instruction book, registration card, and a few more papers.
