The picture shows a view of this Early Toy Disguise Kit With The Original Envelope. Included in the kit is a pair of spectacle eye glasses with eyes, a pair of ears, and a nose (All are unused). The envelope is printed with an image of a man or boy wearing the disguise. It is printed in French I believe but I am not sure. It reads:

MASKEN - GARNITUR.
(GESCH.)
MASK - ARTICLES.
(REGD.)
GARNITURE D'ARTICLES DE CARNIVAL.
GUARNECEON DE MASCARAS.

The envelope measures 6-1/8" x 3-7/8". The disguise pieces are all in mint condition but the envelope has some age spots as can be seen in the scan. It is not dated but old.
