The picture below shows a larger view of this Unused 1957 Kronos and She Devil Double Feature Horror Movie Ad Mat Mold. This double feature admat is not dated but they are from 1957 movies. These are molds in which lead is poured to create a thin metal negative image that is then mounted on a wooden block for printing. Advertising is no longer being made or printed like this.

The ad mats are like miniature 3-D posters and would look nice framed, or you could still use them and make print blocks from them. The print block would have been used to print on movie pages in newspapers, in magazines, or in the movie theater programs. It is made of a thick compressed paper board. The admat has movie scene images from the double feature movies, titles, and actor names. The admat is marked as follows:

DOUBLE EARTH SHAKING ALL MONSTER SHOCKER SHOW!

KRONOS
A REGALSCOPE PICTURE
STARRING JEFF MORROW BARBARA LAWRENCE JOHN EMERY
PRODUCED AND DIRECTED BY KURT NEUMANN
SCREEN PLAY BY LAWRENCE LOUIS GOLDMAN
A REGAL FILMS, INC. PRODUCTION

SHE DEVIL
THE WOMAN THEY COULDN'T KILL!
A REGALSCOPE PICTURE
STARRING MARI BLANCH JACK KELLY ALBERT DEKKER
A REGAL FILMS, INC. PRODUCTION

The ad mat measure about 4-1/2'' x 5''. It appears to be in near mint unused condition as pictured.
