The picture shows a view of both sides of this World War II Disabled American Veterans Patriotic Identification Tag. This 1940s metal tag is imprinted in red, white, and blue. It has the D.A.V. emblem with wings on one side and an American flag shield and stripes on the other. It has an Arlington, Massachusetts mailing address written on it and it is marked on the two sides as follows:

DISABLED AMERICAN VETERANS
HENRY STASIEWICZ
14 ARLINGTON ST.
WATERTOWN, MASS.
GOD BLESS AMERICA

This metal ID tag measures about 2-1/4'' x 15/16''. It appears to be in very good condition with some light wear as pictured.
