The medal is not dated and the year that it was made or issued is unknown. It most likely had a neck ribbon attached at one time, but it is not present now. The medal has a charm loop at the top, a crest shield, with educational subject insignias, or emblems in the center, with leaves, and a banner. It is marked as follows: ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT
