It appears to be a catalog page from the Norvell - Shapleigh Hardware Company of St. Louis, Missouri. The advertisement is shrinkwrapped with a cardboard backing. Without opening it, we do not know what is printed on the other side. The ad pictures (8) whips including (4) Buggy Whips and (4) Riding Whips. The buggy whips are named and they include: ''RUGBY'', ''POLO'', ''CRACKER JACK'', and ''TRIUMPH''. Details and prices are given. The page measures 8-3/4'' x 12''.
