The picture shows views of this 1934 Advertising Premium Souvenir Motion Picture. This is a premium where a few photos would have been taken of you at an event and while there this premium would be made. The photo in the center changes like a motion picture or a flicker image when you press on the edges of the frame. In this case the man's eyes move from left to right as he smiles. It is marked on the two sides as follows:

JUST A MOTION PICTURE OF ME
THE MERCHANDISE MART
JANUARY 1934
HOME FURNISHING MARKETS

HOLD PICTURE BETWEEN
THUMB AND FINGERS THEN
PRESS PHOTO EDGES GENTLY
MOVIE - OF - U
PATENT APPLIED FOR
CHICAGO, ILL.

The moving picture measures 2-5/8'' x 3-3/4''. It still works but the front and back sections are separated. There is some paper tape on the back that wraps inside to hold the photograph in place behind the lenticular lens. It appears to be in good condition with it separated and some wear from use as pictured.
