The picture shows this Old Cartoon Character Viewer Binoculars Charm. Inside this charm are two different tiny old black & white images (one in each side). On one side there is a cute cartoon picture of a Snowman and a Puppy. They are each wearing a Santa Claus hat. The Snowman is also holding a candy cane and what appears to be holly leaves. The other picture is a cute one of Woody Woodpecker serving what appears to be ice cream floats to Andy Panda and another cartoon character bear.

The charm is believed to be from the 1960s, but the images are believed to be older. It is unknown how this was available, perhaps from old gum ball machines. The side of the charm reads: "58-335 MADE IN HONG KONG". It measures 1-1/8" tall and appears to be in mint condition.
