There is a loop at the top that holds gold and white cloth ribbons. One side has a building and two stars. The other side has a torch, a banner, a wreath of leaves, and more leaves at the bottom. It is marked on the two sides as follows: TOWN OF LEBANON

LEBANON, N.H. The medal measures 1-3/4'' wide. It appears to be in excellent condition with a light aged patina as pictured. The ribbons appear to be faded from age. |
