The complete set has (36) cards that go from George Washington to Gerald Ford. These are believed to have been created for the U.S. Bicentennial in 1976. They are ©1975 Visual Panographics, Inc. We do not know if they were produced as a premium for bubble gum, candy, bread, or another. All of these for one price! They measure 2-1/4" x 3". They appear to be in mint condition as pictured.
