The picture shows a view of this ©1980 The Family Circus Daddy's Surprise Day Little Golden Book. This is the comic strip character family that has been featured in newspapers for many years. Here they are in a hard back Little Golden Book by Golden Press. It was published by the Western Publishing Company (Whitman) of Racine, Wisconsin. The book is by Gale Charlotte Wiersum and illustrated by Bil Keane. The pages contain very colorful illustrations similar to the cover along with the story. The book measures 6-5/8'' x 7-7/8''. It appears to be in near mint condition with only very light wear to the cover as pictured.
