There is a screw back section not pictured but included. The year that this button was made or awarded is unknown but it is old. There is a pink stone mounted at the bottom, fire flames in the center, and a wreath border. The red and black sections are enameled. It is marked as follows: EASTERN GAS AND FUEL ASSOCIATES
