The picture shows a view of both sides of this nice 50th Golden Anniversary Medallion. From the looks of this charm it appears to be a very elite club in the city. It was very well designed and minted. In the center on the front side it has a fancy intertwined monogram type logo (24K). Around the logo is a wreath with a bow. Closer to the edge it reads:

 THE TWENTY-FOUR KARAT CLUB
OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK

The other side of the medal reads:

 GOLDEN
 ANNIVERSARY
 BANQUET
 1902 - 1952

The medal is marked at the bottom "DIEGES & CLUST NEW YORK". It is not marked gold and has not been tested, but may be, or at least maybe gold filled or plated. I am not sure. It measures 15/16" wide and 1-7/16" tall counting the loop. It is in excellent - near mint condition.
