It is painted in multiple colors. We do not know if this was used as an award or an item that was purchased. On the hat is the Girl Scouts Brownie emblem and it is marked on front and back of the neck as follows:

The old bank measures about 6-1/2'' tall. It appears to be in good condition. There is some light over all wear and a chip on one ear as pictured. It does not have the stopper in the bottom.
