The picture shows this Colorful Old Lowney's Candy Bar Cardboard Sign. It is not dated but believed to be from the 1930's or 1940's. It pictures a boy with his puppy eating a candy bar. It also pictures four different candy bars at the bottom. It is marked as follows:

It measures 9" x 12". It is in very good condition with the light soiling around the sides as can be seen in the picture.
