The card is not dated and the year that it is from is unknown. It is made of white plastic with a red, blue, and black imprint. The credit card pictures a small gas station with gas pumps, a larger gas pump on the right, and a Pemco logo. There is some information on the back from the “Mass Mailing Service, Inc.” of Tulsa, Oklahoma. It is marked on the front as follows: PEMCO
