These were mailed by a BM2 Jarvis from a Norman Oklahoma Naval Air Station in January 1944. These have neatly written messages and the comics are read as follows: WIMPY, THT GUN IS POINTIN’ TOWARDS THE HOME TOWN OF “Howard Jarvis” IF IT ACCIDENKLY GOES ORF, JUS’ TELL HIS FOLKS WHEN YA GIT THERE, THAT HE’S FINE!
