| | | | The picture below shows a larger view of this Old United States Navy Battleship & Sailors Black & White Photograph. Unfortunately we do not know anything about this photograph. It was found amongst a half dozen or so U.S. Navy photos from World War II to the Vietnam War. It is not dated and the year that it was taken is unknown. Which Battleship it is is unknown. If you know, and are certain, please let us know. The location is unknown. The names of the Sailors pictured are also unknown. The only marking is on the back and it states “NELSON”, and the number “3”. There are (58) Sailor in uniform pictured under the big guns. The black & white photograph measures about 9-5/16'' x 7-1/2''. Unfortunately it appears to be only be in fair condition with over all wrinkling and creasing as pictured. |
