Signed Old Stoneware or Pottery Kachina Doll Rattle

The picture shows a front and back view of this Signed Old Stoneware or Pottery Kachina Doll Rattle. We are calling it a Kachina doll for lack of a better word. We don't know the purpose or the history of the rattle. It is not dated and we do not know when it was made. There are pottery pieces or pebbles inside that rattle. It was signed ''LAKE'' on the bottom before it was fired. The doll has feathers on the head and what appears to be rabbit fur around the neck and chest. Not counting the feathers it measures about 6-3/4'' tall. Other then the broken feathers it appears to be in mint as made condition as pictured. The feathers can be easily replaced.
