On top is plastic with gold glitter embedded inside, then there is a clear layer, then the picture and on the back is a layer of white plastic. There is a drilled hole as made that goes through the layers at the top center for hanging. It is marked on the lower left side of the picture as follows: COPYRIGHT 1946 G. H. SEFFERT COMPANY, N.Y.C. The framed picture measures about 8-1/2'' x 10-7/8''. It appears to be in excellent condition with some rippling of the picture inside as pictured. |
