The picture shows two views of this Old Wooden Model Sailing Ship In A Bottle. The year that this model was made is unknown. The ship has a painted hull and it is complete with lots of rigging strung on the masts and a pennant flag. The bottle has a wooden cap that has a locking peg inside. The bottle is also mounted on a wooden base that has a slot for it. There are no markings and the maker is unknown. To judge the sizes the bottle with the cap measures 9-1/2'' long. It is in excellent condition but the bottle had condensation on the inside at one time as pictured. The inside could be cleaned if you can get the cap off.
